?? Accounts Payable Specialist - Temp-to-Hire | Up to $27/hr

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with one of our valued clients. This is a great chance to join a collaborative accounting team with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely

• Review and reconcile vendor statements

• Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments

• Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments

• Maintain organized AP files and support month-end close activities

• Provide additional accounting support as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
